Tim Feigh has been a member of the Illinois Athletic Directors Association for the past 27 years, beginning in 1988. Throughout those 27 years, Tim has held a vast amount of leadership positions within the IADA including registration committee member, state conference program chairperson, division 3 and district 7 representative, state conference assistant chairperson, state conference chairperson, hall of fame committee member, treasurer, and he served as President in 2004-2005. Tim has also contributed his vast knowledge of athletic administration by presenting educational materials at numerous conferences, and he has had articles published in magazines and publication on dealing with the “Difficult Parent”.Previous to his years in athletic administration, Tim taught physical education while coaching football, basketball, track, and swimming at various high schools. In 1990, Tim became a licensed football official and has since officiated three state football championship games. From 1988-1990, he was the Athletic Administrator for (Berwyn Cicero) Morton High School, from 1990 to 1994 he was the Athletic Administrator for York High School, and from 1994 to 2012, he was the Athletic Administrator for Hinsdale South High School. In 2004, Tim received the honor of Illinois Athletic Directors Association Class AA Athletic Administrator of the Year. In 2006, Tim was named the Illinois Wrestling Coaches and Officials Association Class AA Athletic Director of the Year award, as well as the NIAAA State Award of Merit and the NIAAA Distinguished Service Award.Mike Morris, retired Athletic Director, remembers the support Tim offered to his peers, and said “His work ethic, his dedication to fair play, equity, and his willingness to assist his colleagues has defined him as a ‘true professional’”.

Tim’s extensive knowledge of high school athletics and his dedication the IADA are a few of the many reasons that led Tim to this selection as a member of the Illinois Athletic Directors Association Hall of Fame.
